Hi Everyone
The snow may be thin but its up there ready to be enjoyed with either of these 3 options, hiking, snowkiting or with a helicopter! Take the true form of free-riding by using a snowkite to access the backcountry powder. Read on for Pascal’s report and enjoy these amazing pictures:

“During the Snowkite Masters event in Serre-Chevalier, Col du Lautaret, the wind comes from an unusual direction, South/Est. In this case, there is a very large snow valley, with big freeride for the snowkiters. And the good wind conditions come like two or three days in the season. So, on the 21th December, Ozone Snowkite team mate Johan Civel and friends of him, Fabio Ingrosso, Pascal Joubert, Hugues Baume, and me, went to this incredible snowkiting place called « les Trois Evêchés ».
It is not so easy at the beginning, because the wind is normally strong on the first part of the way. The terrain is very deep, and there are rocks because the snow is blowed out by the strong wind. But after a while, the terrain comes better, larger, with lot of powder snow, windlips, and here is the snowkiting paradise.
Just check the photos with Johan, you will feel the pleasure we can meet up there.
I’m not sure we shall go once again during this winter to « Les Trois Evêchés» so I’m glad to show you what is like when we manage to climb this way.
Cheers.
Boulgakow”
