Christian Juell Gudbrandsen

Age: 23
Christian is a native of Halden. In his childhood he was an active tennis player and also worked as a tennis coach. After high school he served in the Norwegian Special Forces as a pararanger. After this he moved to Trondheim to start on a Master of Science in Coastal and Marine Civil Engineering degree. He is now on his third year. The spare time that isn’t consumed by studying he spends working out and going on hikes both summer and winter. Christian is responsible for medical- and glacier -equipment.

Per Erlend Voie

Age: 22

Per Erlend is a native of Vegårshei, but he currently lives in Trondheim, studying for a Master of Science in Coastal and Marine Civil Engineering degree. Per Erlend was an active competitive skier in his youth, but also an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He served a year in the Norwegian Army’s ranger battalion as a sniper. His spare time is spent on physical exercise and hikes. Per Erlend is responsible for logistics and skiing equipment.

Magnus Hafredal

Age: 23

Magnus is a native of Skien, but has lived nine years in Qatar and one year in Mississippi, USA. Magnus served in the Norwegian Special Forces as a pararanger, specializing in communications. He served together with Christian. Magnus currently lives in Lillehammer, where he is studying for a Bachelor degree in telecommunications at the Norwegian Defence University College of Engineering. Magnus is responsible for all electronic- and communications equipment. He is also the responsible expedition leader.
