Hi everyone,

07/08 was the season of Oliver Palmers - a young, hardcore gun from Austria. He appeared from no-where in the competition scene and worked his way up the result list. At the end of this season he has finished the worldtour as number 1

Oliver is always smiling & having fun riding even when the conditions are far from perfect. There are not that many people training so hard for their passion as he does. He hits the gym 4 times a week, started running to get fitter and obviously has been out on the snow a lot. His riding style is new school and he is doing all the stuff that the top riders are doing on water. Oli is riding unhooked most of the time and if you see a kite low down llooping and a rider high up i is probbaly Oli!

Sometimes it was pretty funny/painful to watch Oliver learning new tricks, bombing the snow so hard! But in the end he nails the move with true grit & determination

Beside practicing Freestyle he loves to go freeriding and discovering new spots far away from the crowded ski areas using the Manta II. Check out his video here:

Right now he is on the water learning new moves for next winter. So watch out for winter 08/09.
