Last weekend saw the top snowkiters in Switzerland gather for the final round of the Swiss Snowkite Tour on Lake Silvaplana.

The conditions was perfect with wind from Maloja with 5 Bft and clear sunny skies. Olli first fly the 10m Yakuza, because the wind was not yet so strongly. The start for Olli was not so optimally, Olli ends “only” in rank 2 and Pierre Alain in rank 1! Now, Olli must give full power for the next races, and he will do it. The wind was stronger than before and Olli fly the 7.3 Yakuza! Olli ends in 3rd, 2nd and 1st in the next races. The other Riders are not so consistent and Olli wins the Swiss Snowkitetour with a wide margin. Pierre Alain Raynal ened up 2nd and in 3rd place Ivo Bryner.

After a great dinner at the beach Club Silsand, the prizes were awarded so that everyone could get onto the serious partying laid on by Bar Püf with free beer flowing all night! It was the biggest Snowkite-Party ever in Switzerland!

The Ozone Yakuza once again dominates the race scene. Our congratulations and thanks to Oli for a top performance this season. The Tour was a huge success for the sport in Switzerland and for all the riders.
