The Ozone Snowkite Masters at Skyline turned into a four day marathon of kiting with winds pouring in from every southerly direction.
The Ozone team was in full force with the UK crew joining up with Chasta, Rob and the US tribe. While over a hundred Snowkiters charged the terrain of Skyline during the weekend, the hills were deserted on Monday, leaving fresh powder for over a dozen hungry Frenzy pilots.
Butch and Dan, Oozne UK landkiters showed that KGB (land boarding) skills translate directly to the snow, while Rob and Chasta showed all of us how to fly off the hillsides like gliders. Ska Brewing kept the juices flowing with a couple beer kegs in the base camp tent while tunes played in the background.
There were a lot of cameras out as well, so keep an eye out for footage on upcoming Snowkite DVD`s. All in all the OSKM had a positive Vibe and everyone had a great time freeriding and exploring the mountain.
