Snowkiting is growing by leaps and bounds in the US. The expanding community of snowkiters is spending a lot of time and effort to find killer new snowkiting terrain. Last weekend, Ozone team rider James Brown checked out a killer new spot near Walden, Colorado with friends Eric Bader, Karl Hanzel and Armin Klotz.
The terrain is created by sand dunes that form at the base of the mountains from the consistently blowing winds. In winter they get covered with snow and provide an epic terrain park of rolling hills and snow drifts. An extra bonus is the lack of bushes or trees since there is only sand underneath the snow.
Cheers Team Ozone
