The Serre Chevalier’s SnowKiteMasters event was created to promote this spectacular discipline.SNOWKITING  Athletics and aesthetics combinein wind and riding within a fantastic environment. It is always an amazing spectacle shouted by famous photographers and cameramen. This event is an exhibition; each rider is invited to give his or her best, boosted by the ambience of the mountains.

The SKM is the occasion for riders, media and kiteworld to meet at our universally known location. The Serre Chevalier Snowkite Masters begins the 15 th until the 22rd of December at the Col du Lautaret (2058m) which is an excellent opportunity to discover the radical sport of snowkiting. The Col du Lautaret has near perfect land and wind conditions for snowkiting: the show is guaranteed,the best riders will come to demonstrate their mastership.

Serre Chevalier has an inheritance of very great richness, bequeathed by its history, which gurantees the cultural identity of the area. Serre Chevalier, the most northern of the stations of the Southern Alps, is characterised by relaxation and friendliness .Values that the hosts will be able to to share with you. The Serre Chevalier Snowkite Masters is also a show, all kite brands, médias and all the fans join us to try snowkiting and enjoy this event. During the event, the partners and sponsors have a window to present their products and their latest developments. This space is essentially a meeting place for the riders of the snowkite. It is a place of exchange for all those impassioned by this sport of riding and sliding in freedom. Each person has the opportunity to share feelings ,ideas and projects and to anticipate new trends. Innovation 2007 - French Championship of Snowkite Freestyle

This year the French Federation is again launching the championship of snowkite freestyle for season 2007/2008. The Snowkite Master Organisation will be the Project Manager for the event.
