We have instructors who teach lessons throughout Minnesotta and Wisconsin, there are so many frozen snow covered Lakes available throughout the two states that we’re spoiled for choice. Certain local lakes are better for certain wind directions so depending on the forcast we roam around the states like kite nomads.Our best known local lake is Mille Lacs which is a round lake that averages 20 miles accross. It’s a lot of fun to have a student master the basics feeling comfortable riding and then take them for a nice long adventurous cruise, you can see the excitement and feeling of achievement on their faces.

Even through we call the School the snow kite school we do teach water kiting once the ice has melted. Mille Lacs is once again our favourite destination for lessons as the entire north shore is very shallow, a student can walk 400 yds from shore and still touch the bottom. Obviously a great and safe place for your first water lesson.

$65 for a 2 hour ‘Fly a Kite’ lesson with a trainer kite learning about the wind and safety.
$285 for a 5 hour snowkiting or kitesurfing lesson, all the way from learning to fly the kite to riding.
$75 for a 1 hour learn to jump lesson with video analysis of your riding.
