Why am I doing this trip: To explore, learn about, and test myself and my environment in a way I never have before.  Plus I hear there are some great fish and chip shops dotting the Ice Cap, might be cool to check out.

What do I add to the team:  Some photographic skill, artistic vision, humor, beat boxing skills, and a passion for pursuing those moments when everything just clicks

Curtis in a couple paragraphs: A native of Newfoundland and Labrador, Curtis spends his free time climbing, photographing climbers, painting, photographing painters…breaking for lunch…, burning the daylight hours searching for new stone to climb and the midnight oil to stay warm.  He has spent the past 6 years working as a pharmacist around Newfoundland and more recently in Nunavut where his appetite for exploration has grown into a insatiable monster who’s belly can only be filled with a trip such as this.  When Curtis is not working hard for the money or thinking about his next stone accessory he can be found passing hours sketching/painting endlessly on any one of his nameless, direction less, incomplete works of art.
