Last week, at Ekaterinburg, Russia was the 1st stage of Russian Winter Open Snowkiting Championship. Ozone freestylers Nikolay Rakhmatov (Snowboard) and Anton Uzhegov (Ski) took 1st place in freestyle and
jibbing contests correspondingly. These guys have been at the top of russian snowkiting for almost 4 years, so we wish them a successful career for many more!

The Russian Open SNK Championship will take place for a 2nd year. There were a lot of split competitions before, now it’s more organized and attracts more riders & viewers. This year the championship consists of 4 stages. 1st stage took place last week in Ekaterinburg, where there were more than 60 participants. 2nd stage will take place on 1-4 of feb. in Samara, 3rd stage will take place on 7-12 of feb. in St. Petersburg,
and 4th stage will take place in the end of feb. (guess 20-24th) near Moscow.

Our guys (Nikolay & Anton) are leaders of our riders’ team, they were the first two riders who were invited by us 4 or 5 years ago. So they grew up with us, and we’re happy to see these great results! These guys take part in every one of our projects, and really help us to push Ozone in Russia!

Both of them are 25 years old, Nikloay is from Pitkyaranta city (located near Finnish border), and Anton is from Perm (Ural region).
Snowkiting takes up most of their lives, I would say it takes all of their lives). We really appreciate and love them!
