ProfileThese two French pilots have recently completed what is becoming considered to be the most extreme, daring, and commendable vol bivouac flight in the history of paragliding. Over the course of a few weeks, Julian and Phillippe flew a course around Nanga Parbat and the Trango Towers of the Himalayan Mountains. They exceeded 7000m 22,960 feet on a daily basis, all the while over terrain that is impossible to land in safely and would be catastrophic in the event of a landing or any problem. These two are rather modest about their feat, but we will be forever impressed by what they have accomplished.
