Please note, we can only accept Line Replacement orders where your delivery address is the same as the registered address of your Credit Card.

Line Replacement Ordering Service

All Lines 7.50 Euros each. Please check with your local dealer or the Ozone distributor in your region as they will often have a faster service to get you the Lines that you require.

Shipping of Lines : We do offer free shipping using International Post, but this is not fast (up to 3 weeks) so we also offer the option to pay and ship by courier. As your lines will be imported by you, direct from our production in Vietnam, then you might get charged importation costs by your region's customs department. The courier will charge you these additional costs which you will have to pay to get your lines; they are not included in your payment to Ozone. These additional charges are less likely by post, but that cannot be guaranteed.
