And we`re off- Tonight the Ozone Team will be boarding flights from around Europe to Cape Town, South Africa, where we will meet for a few days of flying on the south coast around the Cape. On the 17th, we will all drive north to almost the Namibian border, and begin the XC Safari!

1400km of XC across the Karoo Desert of South Africa in 14 days, with Triple World Champion Sandie Cochepain, powered paragliding World champion Mathieu Rouanet, Ozone Designer and Test Pilot David Dagault (2nd at Red Bull X-Alps and multiple French Champion), two time German serial class Winner Remo Kutz, and several other members of the team. The Safari begins in the heat of the Karoo Desert, where cloudbases rise to 18,000 feet and winds at altitude can be 80kmh… we will be posting frequent web updates here on the Ozone news and also at www.schlechtflieger.de!
