When I heard from the guys that we were going to design the Ozone pro-handles I thought they were an unnecessary luxury. Ok, they look really good but there was not more or so I thought. However after using them now for the past 4 months I have changed my mind completely.
The Pro Handles fit very good in the hands, they have the perfect diameter, so you suffer less fatigue on long sessions. The EVA grip feels strange at 1st but after a long tour with your kite you feel the difference in control and suffer less hand fatigue.
The best part of the entire design and Ozone’s main objective with them was to create the end moulded cap so that the brake leader line could exit the handle cleanly. This specially moulded end cap from the very end of the handle means you never get a line cross-over and are saved from dangerous situations. I think this part of the handle is a genius invention.
You are also never missing the answer and the contact from your kite because of the smaller angle of the tubes. I’m using the new handles for a long time now and I’m inspired. I can recommend these handles to everybody who wants the direct connection to the kite with full luxury. Have fun Bjorn <<Check out the product page here
