New Ozone rider Malte Lutz (Germany) has come onto the race scene recently with style and power and takes the World Champion title at Gravelines with his Yakuza’s aged only 16!
Malte recently joined our team and has fallen in love with the Yakuza’s, he particularly loves the ease of handling which enables him to concentrate on the race tactics. Malte also loves the fact that the Yakuza is by far the fastest kite in the World. Malte is just 16 years but when you take a step back and look at him you’d think he was a mature adult…he certainly isn’t a small lad!!! Malte is on a roll at the moment with him taking 2nd at the German Championships just one month before this World title and also the youngest rider to attain that level of success in Germany….this is just the start for Malte….where next??
The World championship took place at Gravelines (France) near Calais with a high turnout by riders from all over the World making this World Championship a hotly contested event. The pilots had to handle all kinds of conditions from strong winds to light winds. The Yakuza again proved itselfe as the unbeatable Race Kite on the market with Bj?Krautschick ending up 3rd, Matthjis van Beek (NL) 5th, Michel Dekker (NL) 7th and Pascal Lohmann (D) 13th.
Congratulations to all of the Yakuza riders once again demonstrating the impressive abilities of themselves and the Yakuza. The Yakuza has now won every major National and International title in the World and we’ve turned
