Kim Ole Kay reports from teh 1st round of the buggy Eurocup race series:
“The first race of the EURO-CUP series in the netherlands was once again a total success for the Ozone team.
With strong wind of 6 to 8 Bft it on Saturday it saw our choosing small Yakuzas under 4 square meter for teh 1st time in a major race. The results of the three qualification runs showed that the YAKUZA is teh best race kite even in the small sizes with all the Ozone riders qualifying for teh final.
At the beginning of the second raceday the wind was even stronger making it a fast and exciting day. Ozone rider and current World Buggy Champion, Bjorn Krautshnick secured the total victory for the weekend with a 1st place in the first race and 2nd place in the second race which give Bjorn a strong start at teh beginning of the Eurocup race season.
Also Ozone pilot Yannik Schwickert took 1st place in the open class and continues the dominance of the Ozone Yakuza. A mad achievement of the Ozone team and our congratulations to all ozone yakuza riders. Thanks to the international organization for a successful start of the EURO-CUP series.”
Congratulations guys from the hole Ozone Team
