Yousef__and__wife

Yousef Al Daour, from the Matrah Cold Store company (Windmaster Division), invited the Ozone landkiting crew in November for a trip around this nice and kind country. The Riders: Phat Dan, Butch, Dom and I. The guides, Rob (holidays-in-Oman) and Ibrahim, helped us to find our way in the desert, the mountains, the sea-side of endless sand beaches, with three 4×4 cars and a really perfect camp setup.

We can never thank Yousef and Rob enough for these two unforgetable weeks. The goal was of course to make a photo-report but above all, preparing Yousef to become the main contact for landkiting in Oman.

November (winter time) is not the best moment for landkiting because of the light winds. But the perfect season, for sure, for the cool weather and beautiful light. Eveyday we travelled around during the hot hours and stopped in the afternnon when we found some nice places for landkiting. Kiting session, swimming, and camping. Dinner, and sleeping bags in the sand.
