“Tonga Island, Vava’u group >>My first ride in paradise!
Our trip around the world keeps going and after one year we are now half way around the world from our starting point, France. My work on the boat for the prelevement of meteorological data and recordings on the whales activities didn’t let me so much time to kite.
I had already ridden the Instinct 06, 7m and 9m in different kind of spots, but we still hadn’t had an amazing session. That’s certainly been achieved now at this dream spot of “Pau” which is perfect for total beginners (our crew of 6) and would leave any expert kiter speechless with happiness.
At low tide it’s shallow water of 40cm, clear blue lagoon, with white sand within corals and side wind of 15 knots… A sand line also appears between the two beautiful islands.
I feel so confident today with all theses good vibes that nothing will stop me and we look forward to spending more time kiting from now on
The colours are so beautiful, I feel like in Paradise! I get out and start to ride my board, pulled by the kite to the other side of the lagoon. I shout like crazy to express how all the elements was united to make me being the most happy woman at this moment. Come to that wonderful place and see for yourself
