Sardinia for those of you that don’t know is an Italian island just south of Corsica in the Mediterranean. Great spots to ride and even some amazing wave riding to be had when the mistral is pumping at “Marina de Roses” a spot on the North west coast just 20 minutes drive from Chicco’s Ozone Kite school at Porto Pollo.

Budget airlines fly to Olbia so it can be very cheap to get there especially in April. Easy Jet operate flights from Gatwick and all major cities have budget airlines operating to Olbia. There are also cheap overnight car ferries from Marseille or Genoa www.moby.com
