SA news - winds for the 5m Sport II

Hi everyone,

Have you ever thought what to do when the wind is too strong for chilling on the beach? Take a 3 + 5m Instinct Light II or Sport II and rip it! These kites are so much fun to fly - once you have been on them you don’t want no others. Although they are fast they have easy handling and are super stable. Other brands 3 + 5m’s are trainer kites and don’t have enough performance to get you really going. The Instinct’s Light II and Sport II 3 +5m get you out when others start to reeinforce their houses…

Read on for Andre’s news below…

Winter has arrived and the Cape Peninsula has been hammered with winds from the North and the South. Blowing equally as hard as 35 – 45 knots. There is a few kiters in the deep south that braved the elements of the weather and took advantage of the Cape Doctor (South Easter prevailing wind during the summer month) that appeared from no where whipped up sea horses to the tune of 38 – 40 knots. I took to the ocean with a 5m Ozone and it flew like a dream… the Instinct Sport II particularly handles the Cape winds very well and when we say 38 – 40 knot wind this is true wind velocity and power not airy fairy 38 knot trade wind you find on the islands :)
A great kite and we had a ball on this particular day!

Greetings from Witsands - Andre van Breda
