Ozone Podiums at the Spanish KTE
The Spanish KTE was an amazing success for all the competitors in terms of finally getting some good wind for the Freestylers at this last stop of the competition. Thursday saw the single freestyle comp being run from 10am right through until nearly 4pm, Our International rider Patrick Blanc took a fantastic 3rd place podium finish up against some hard competition, we are very stoked for Patrick as it is also his home town beach.
Kite racing took place after the freestyle, the racers rode until sunset on Thursday and then again from first light on Friday, not all races managed to get finished but the final results were excellent for Ozone, Rikki Leccese taking 1st place and there fore overall EU Champion and Mini Your stop winner, Adam Koch took 2nd place after having some poor luck and some excellent catching up on one of the races. In the girls Elena Anton took 3rd place, a local Spanish rider, well done Elena!
So that is it for another EU tour and Ozone continue on the Podiums, thanks to all the riders that put so much effort going to these events and to the for setting up such a spectacular setting
