Northbound adventures with the Ozone Reo
DPD delivered the parcel containing the new Ozone REO at noon – not even 15 minutes later we were on the road from Hamburg to Denmark, where 20+ knots of wind, a decent swell and sunshine were predicted for a couple of days. Perfect conditions to give our new toys a spin.
Only a few hours later we were dipped into a different kind of life. The region “Thy“, the far north-west corner of Denmark, has a very special light in late summer. The beaches there are never crowded and the landscape with dunes, fields and dense spruce forests looks very special.
Finally the REOs were pumped, the wind was blowing, waves were pumping – and we were out. A couple of perfect surfdays ahead of us.
