A short summary from my trip to Egypt, where I met a lot of new friends and had good time kitesurfing.
I decided to visit Holly Kennedy from the UK in Egypt for 8 days (27/4-4/5) for some kitesurfing and lifestyle. I really enjoyed it, we had so much fun, especially on the water. We have been training hard for some new moves and also to improve our riding. When I came down there was no wind the first day so we chilled and we had an idea to come up with a short movie. The next days there was wind and we started working on photos and clips for the video. Holly was staying at the kiteplace Red Seazone, which was a good place to chill at with nice people. We also found the best burger place in the marine called Le Garage, go there!
I have been riding the C4 7m mostly, this kite has a huge wind range, but I also got to use my 10m when the wind was a little bit lighter. Almost everyday was sunny and nice warm water, compared to Sweden. I landed a few new moves that are going to be in our video, so you really need to check it out when its finished! I also tried the Zephyr 17m for the first time and it was soo good, need to have one. Good work Ozone!
I was happy to see other Ozone C4 kites at the spot, and those I met that have tried them or riding them are giving such positive feedback. I really enjoyed the riding in El Gouna and the people I met that work there plus awesome parties!
