Tamatoa and Chasta are having a ball in Tahiti this summer and are having a the best time of their lives teaching tehir young daughters to kite. They are already rippers surfing so its a natural progression to kiting now they are old enough and thansk to our Instinct Light 3 and 5m
As you can see from the pics the girls are in the beginning stages but from the videos of them surfing it won’t be long until there are boosting and sending it in the waves.

Thank you for the kites and IMP and stuff, the kids really like the 1.5 imp, my daughter Teana is only 6 years old and thansk to the Imp progressed with confidence before we put her straight onto the Lights.
The strong wind finaly show up, 30 kn +, Guillaume, Titaua and I spent lots off time airborne with the edge 9m and the sport 9m.filling the tank with adrenaline, Kitelooping easely almost twice in the same jump, it was a mind blowing session. No problem for beeing motivated, the kites give you a feeling of huge capabilities and all you want is to ride some more to explore that and ,because it feels safe also..
Guillaume’s progression is great .Every day almost he nails a new trix he has never done before ,its contagious!
The edge is also a cruising kite and you can go for miles with no effort, it leaves a little power that keep you sliding upwind with almost no bar pression, you can manage your effort while going from one island to another or race long distances.
I like also the sport for unhook , because when you pull the depower strap the kite turns a bit slower witch makes it easier for handle pass.
In the waves you can depower and surf or use the fast turning ability of the kite to generate speed and hit the lip. we downwind on the reef barrier for more waves, going back upwind is a game now ,the stronger the wind the better. the sport has great depower , so you ride with little more pression on bar than the edge, good for riders who wants to have a good felling on the bar!
The light is made for first contact with kitesurf, its now indeispensable in my Kitesurf school with the students progressing super fast, no need for strong wind to have a good feeling of piloting and easy relauching.
